Founded in 2009 by Nicole and Stephan Outrequin Quaisser, LM Restaurant Group began as a single concept, named after the couple’s two children, Luc and Mary. Today, LM remains a family-owned hospitality company dedicated to creating welcoming gathering places where guests can enjoy exceptional food and top-tier service down to the last detail. What started as one restaurant has grown into a diverse portfolio of hotel restaurants, catering services, and event venues, all united by a common goal: making people feel cared for.
With a commitment to quality and hospitality, LM Restaurant Group has expanded across the Chicagoland area, operating five full-service restaurants. Among them is the original Land & Lake, located at the vibrant corner of Michigan Avenue and Wacker Drive in downtown Chicago, as well as Land & Lake Rosemont, a favorite among locals and visitors alike. Each location reflects our passion for hospitality, offering thoughtfully crafted menus and warm, inviting atmospheres.
